Hello there!

I’m Andrew, founder of AM Drum Academy in Warrington. I have been working as a professional musician for the last ten years, during that time I have toured internationally, recorded studio albums and appeared on the same festival line ups as Guns n Roses, Muse, Liam Gallagher and Eminem.

I started teaching drums in 2018 during breaks in my touring schedule and I quickly realised that guiding the next generation of drummers was what I wanted to focus all my energy on, so I started AM Drum Academy in 2020.

My teaching style is fun, high energy and student focused. I strive to create a relaxed, no pressure environment in my lessons as I believe that is key to helping someone unlock their full potential on the drums.

I teach all age groups and abilities, all equipment is provided and there is no experience necessary. I offer a free taster lesson to all new students, so come and see what AM Drum Academy can do for you!
